How do I RMA a keyfob?

AuthAnvil HardTokens are warranteed to be free of defects in materials and workmanship from date of purchase for a period of 5 years. Products damaged through neglect or abuse (cracked LCDs, bent cases, damage by liquid, etc.) are excluded from this warranty. This warranty does not apply to product that has been altered or tampered with in any way or where repairs have been attempted by other than a Scorpion Software approved facility.

Defective units will be replaced with a SoftToken free of charge within this time period, as long as a current AuthAnvil software subscription is associated with the token. You must pay for transportation costs to return the defective goods.

Note: As of summer 2016 HardTokens can not be replaced with HardTokens, Kaseya no longer stocks replacement HardTokens. All failed tokens can be replaced with SoftTokens free of charge.

Attached to this document is the RMA form you will need to fill out. Please follow the directions regarding the shipping carefully to ensure the process is not delayed.
