Upgrade VSA from v6.5 or older to R9.1 with existing AuthAnvil integrations

Kaseya VSA has made changes to how the integration works. We recommend following this process to upgrade.

  1. Follow this article: "How to remove AuthAnvil database schema from Kaseya when it's not needed" - https://help.scorpionsoft.com/entries/74392436 Note: If you have any older AuthAnvil Addins installed please remove then via "Programs and Features".
  2. Remove the "AuthAnvil" folder from c:\Kaseya\Webpages\.
  3. Upgrade to Kaseya VSA R9.1

 

As of Kaseya VSA R9.1 AuthAnvil is now integrated with Kaseya VSA. Please follow these guides to enable the features you would like.
