Upgraded to Kaseya R7 - newer and now I can't log in with the v4.3 Kaseya Addin installed

Issue

After upgrading Upgrading to Kaseya R7 - newer with the v4.3 Addin you are not able to log in and you see the error below. 2014-06-25_212852.jpg

 

Cause

If the SASURL & SSOURL are not defined in the DB with a properly-formatted Base URL. This will cause Kaseya will fail after every login with the Addin installed.

Note: This issue can also occur if 2FA was disabled during installation.

Resolution

To resolve this issue enter a properly-formatted Base URL (localhost, 192.168.1.2, domain.com, etc.) in the SASURL & SSOSURL fields in the "dbo.AA_Settings" table in SQL > Databases > ksubscribers > tables.

Note: If you do not want to enforce the use Two Factor Auth at this time set the following set the following in the above noted table.

Reset IIS from an elevated Command Prompt (Run as Administrator).

You Should now see the expected Kaseya Login.
