Why won't my settings save in the Customer Portal when I update them?

If you are located in a Region that does not normally use a State/Province entry you may be unable to save your settings in the Customer Portal. Example: Paris, France is located in Île-de-France, this is commonly shortened to "RP" or Région Parisienne. 

All of the following conditions must be entered: 

First Name
Last Name
Email Address
Address
Zip / Postal Code
City
State/Province
Country
Phone Number

Once you have entered the State/Province or missing information this should allow you to update your account information.
