What firewall ports need to be open to allow AuthAnvil Authentications?

AuthAnvil sends all of its traffic over port 80 or 443, depending on whether HTTP or HTTPS is in use. If you use a custom HTTP(S) port, then that would need to be allowed through the firewall instead, and all of your agents would need to reference that port in their SAS URL strings (http(s)://hostname:port/AuthAnvilSAS/SAS.ASMX), and some futher configuration would be required on the server.
