Zendesk Migration AuthAnvil
Starting on May 1st, 2018, all new support tickets for the AuthAnvil On Demand and AuthAnvil On-Premise products need to be created via https://helpdesk.kaseya.com. Please keep in mind that you will need an account on this helpdesk if you do not have one already. As you are aware, Kaseya acquired Scorpion Software in August 2014. Since then, the Kaseya and ScorpionSoft support teams have been working together providing assistance to both customer bases. To simplify and improve the customer experience, we have decided to combine the current three support interfaces into a single portal.
